City Council votes down splitting the $26,540 Sawtooth Bluff plan update with the county

Cook County asked the city to pay half of a $26,540 HKGi contract to update the Sawtooth Bluff Master Plan and to form a seven-member steering committee. The motion to approve the payment failed. It was the only split roll-call vote in the 12 city meetings CCNN surveyed from May to October 2026.
