No dedicated bids or RFP page found on the EDA website. Example: December 17, 2024, Resolution 2024-52 authorizing an RFP process for brokerage services for the Superior National at Lutsen golf course sale; a Taconite Harbor RFP appears in director reports. Watch the packets, not a listing page.

Historical: Resolution 23-15 (August 16, 2023) authorized an RFP for residential development interest; 2025 minutes discuss a future RFP for assisted living at Cedar Grove Business Park and for the Temperance Trail parcel after that developer agreement was terminated. Neither was an open posted solicitation when checked.
North Shore Health
No bids or RFP page found; no standing solicitation listing.
The only solicitation surfaced in searches is historical: a 2023 Call for Artists request for submission for a September 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 display period. Closed.

The district runs on county appropriations and state (BWSR) grants rather than posted procurements.

Both exchanges hold plans for regional public work (City of Duluth bid documents routinely list both exchanges as plan holders), but their project listings are member gated. Public pages show summaries only. Not pollable without membership.

Both index Cook County projects (county highway items, SWCD, salt sand storage, Flute Reed River Bridge), but full listings sit behind membership. The most recent county highway item indexed bid January 13, 2026 and was awarded February 10, 2026. Closed.
